I am working but may pop up and stay on friday

Myself and three like minded souls (at the moment) are planning on a trip to Krakow in August sailing from Harwich, Germany, Poland on the way there and czech republic on the way home. looking to be away 7-9 days anyone got any good routes or must see places on the way and way back?
