I have several zippo's,they even light in strong wind, had them since my army days and 1 is nearly 35yrs old,gone through flints but still on the same wick, as for the cooker, is it the army type, if it is, we used to lift a sod of earth up just smaller in size than the mess tin and place the cooker...

Is this just for off road bikes, I have a gsx 650 f, I believe there not to fond of crossing rivers or going up goat tracks and my paint work is still shiny.

mate seriously if you want a cheap tent look no further than Tesco's, I've had mine for years and it's never leaked or let me down, I bought an expensive tent one year from Halfords as my son was using my Tesco one and the Halfords one broke when I tried to put it up, another guy at the same rallie ...

I've had mine about 3 years now and no zip problems, also I'm a 34 waist and mine are a medium when I got them I was a 36 waist, I got them because they were the only one that done a short arse's leg size for the price and they're as good as any for twice the price

I've been told if you get a drinking straw of a similar colour and cut it up and mix with nail varnish remover it goes gooey you then brush it into the crack and leave it to harden again, read it on another forum somewhere and a few tried it and said it works great

About 5 or 6 yrs ago I had my tent destroyed at a bike meet and needing something to replace it in a hurry I nipped to Tesco and bought their 2 man tent, it cost about £14 at the time (think it still does) anyway I have used that tent several times every year and it has never leaked or let me down, ...
