Coops, I think the issue could possibly be that if Triumph actually said "sorry, we are pulling your warranty" then where does that leave Jim? Through actions which are not actually his fault, he finds himself without a warranty. Where is his recourse? I guess from a legal point of view he...

It isn't a fact. As I mentioned there is no "get out clause". If OEM parts are used and the book is stamped then the warranty has to be honoured. Let's be clear - no terms and conditions of any company can overrule law. If I was in your position I would go and see the Triumph dealer in per...

Come on Jim, let's keep it in perspective. The issue you have had with the bike is the auxilliary socket not working correctly - that's it. The spanner is not an issue at all and should have been dealt with by WY, but evidently they do not have the (£59.99) dealer tool do sort it out and had the gal...
