Hated the hard panniers on my S1000XR - looked cool but totally impractical for me. I like a small top box and a soft bag on the pillion. Have stuff you need whilst out in the top box, rest in the bag. Not keen on tank bags, they are for camp older men

Rather than all this anecdotal stuff, does anyone have any links to any empirical evidence based on research which shows any difference between the fuels? If not, all this discussion is moot.

I have an avade, it's no thicker than an under armour stretchy base layer. I use it for dirt biking in winter and for other more sedantary outside sports in winter.
