I am a possible for the Big Bike ride but not for the bunkhouse I'm afraid (that probably helps with numbers).

Got the second sprog due around that time plus a trip to Japan with work but can hopefully fit this in...

No worries - am out most Sunday mornings (or Saturday afternoons) on the lanes around the North downs (Farley Heath, Shere, Dorking...).

Devil's Punchbowl if you want... Not much up there but we could include it in a day out.

I put mine back to standard and Im sure the replacement I used was 124mm. I'll check tomorrow. The replacements arent the proper length - the factory ones are 123mm IIRC but you cant get them unless you buy them from Yamaha. Or i couldnt find them anyway! thanks James, mine measure approximately 12...
