I had a Kawasaki gt550 few years back took it from 16k to 130k to be honest it needed some attention ,it was used all weathers for commuting and fun and had 5 gallon tank B)

A company in Croydon offered to make me one for £295, (might aswell buy new from honda at that price and no waiting). You will probably find that this will be made from brass not plastic and tin like original so would be repairable in future , If your bike runs hot or your planning on going to hot p...

Totally agree mark i would be up for that also teng tools are pretty good at modest cost , even now if i rebuild engine i get a buzz when i fire it up for first time :woohoo: blokes at work always take the piss i'm grinning like chesire cat when i don't feel like that its time to give up :woohoo:
