I was away for two weeks and cooked dinner on a mini trangia most nights. I found that cooking pasta with a chorizo sausage in the water added some lovely flavour to the pasta whilst also getting the saus excited. Seriously though, if abroad I tend to go to the nearest food shop, buy everything I do...
