On a serious note, you are right Moorso, it is a nice spot, in fact all of the Lagan tow path from Lisburn to Belfast. Is nice, i have cycled past the area in question many a time. (Only when the sun is up though)

Have looked at The Sheperds Rest myself, and it seems like a good spot to camp. We did a ride out in that area a few months ago, nice part of the world I dont know if i will be able to do an overnighter at this time, but whatever you come up with, i would like to think at the very least i could meet...
