It isn't a fact. As I mentioned there is no "get out clause". If OEM parts are used and the book is stamped then the warranty has to be honoured. Let's be clear - no terms and conditions of any company can overrule law. If I was in your position I would go and see the Triumph dealer in person, talk ...

Come on Jim, let's keep it in perspective. The issue you have had with the bike is the auxilliary socket not working correctly - that's it. The spanner is not an issue at all and should have been dealt with by WY, but evidently they do not have the (£59.99) dealer tool do sort it out and had the gal...

If the said dealer puts its terms in writing to you stating if you do not have your bike serviced at one of their franchised dealers your warranty may be void that means they have a get out clause if anything goes wrong, due to the Triumph dealer being over 150 miles away I either stick up two fing...
