In what part of the country do you reside?

Anyone on here retired and fairly free. Happy to go off camping any time of the week at short notice, if the weather is favourable? Maybe enjoys fishing (not necessary - but camping on the beach can be fun). How about getting an old farts group going?

I have a Thermarest down quilt and sheet to which it clips. The sheet fits on my Exped sleeping pad. Not cheap though.
