Mason Klein is being supported in the 2024 dakar by Kove. Admittedly he reached out to them so there is the angle of sponsorship and a free bike. It'll be a good tes being that he's a young rider who finished 9th in 2022.

Ok so the guy was riding without due care and no insurance.
But also that car turned right across an oncoming lane... from the back of a line of traffic on a (slight) left hand bend so they had an obstructed view... didn't come to a complete stop to make sure the lane was clear.
