Bit late to the party here, what a simple but very good idea , why has it took me so long to find this post!!, Had a fair few frustrating battles with the rear wheel spacers over the years, I will be using this good advice next time I've got back wheel out.

Just for the record if you intended to use the Hull Rotterdam ferry, it does run once a day every day.

Good thread this, giving me a few ideas for my upcoming trip to Northern Ireland, 10 day trip taking in the Enniskillen road races while there then after that staying a week at cottage in Ardglass, will be taking Moorso's Valhalla book with me with not been far from Strangford Lough.

He was in Hull recently, first artist at a newly built venue, never managed to get a ticket though, heard reports from a few people who went that he was good but miserable , looks like nothing changed then.

Moffat already mentioned but just for the record I stayed last weekend at the Bonnington b&b in Moffat high street, very nice place and very biker friendly, the landlady own words to me, give me bikers any day of the week, its the golfers that cause me probelms! Haha!!
