I don't know if it's of interest (you don't say what you are riding) but there are several bikes heading to Garmisch at the start of July for the BMW festival. I will be there and heading down south to Sicily afterwards.

As Treadtrader says, contact support. I had a subscription for the last 12 months and noticed that 2-3 then started asking me to buy again to download. I emailed support who put me onto the magazine app publishers, it took a while but it seems to have been resolved now.
