Sometimes the cars are guided by a helicopter if you've ever seen them overtaking on blind bends. Its a nice notion but I can assure you 100 pc that this is NOT the case. Sometimes info is given E.G. "theres traffic ahead by 0.5 mile" etc but never " yeah go for it its all clear"...
