.... they have no real way of knowing if an LED is standard on a modern bike without taking more time than they have.... Worst case scenario, I'll dig the Halogen out of the top box, swap it over & take full advantage of the free retest. And then refit the LED so I can actually see at night. D ...

Aftermarket LED and HIDs now not allowed?
I saw this on a car forum where they say that it's no longer a matter of testing the beam pattern and if the pattern is ok, then it'll pass. It seems they're not allowing the lamps to be used anymore at all if the light was designed to be used with halogen bulbs? A change to MOT manual was published...

It may be an old rumour/wives tale, whatever, but I read on forums that Fire stations will take them to practice on, cutting open and that sort of stuff?

A good series, we don't get enough motorbike stuff on TV :) Re the Bus. They spent a whole episode on it "A-Team" Style as someone said. Then they hardly showed it in the next episode. all to drive through one(?) night. Seemed bizarre to me and also that annoying american grew a moustache ...

Blaze heated clothing
Has anyone used it, specifically the jacket or vest? I was holding out for a Keis J501 jacket but am tempted to try the Blaze vest as it's quite cheap.
