Thank you that is so kind, it is an amazing thing Stew did and any donor decides to do. In a few weeks time the donor nurse is going to send Gabriel and Juliet a letter to tell them how many people's lives their daddy saved. It'll be hard to read them but also joyful.

I had a 1150gs for 10yrs loved it changed to an 800gs wish I had done it earlier great bike. (thumbs)
Rode to Dubrovnik and back last year in 6 days no problem doing long days riding.
I don't think you need a big Gs as long as you set the bike up so it's right for you.

Yes I hope it was greased it's still under warranty so it's being serviced at a bmw garage and the last time it was off was when they put new tyres on 6000 miles ago. I've Learnt a valuable lesson when I do get it out I will be periodically greasing it. Due for a service so thought I'd save some mon...
