I think I may buy in Auckland and simply leave it there and may be just may be it might be of use to someone else for a small fee ie a full service, cheers Spud ;)

Keep us up to date please as I am looking to buy a Bike in NZ in the near future, any tips appreciated cost wise etc cheers Spud ;)

The only advice I could give is bring lots of money, bikes are expensive down here.

sounds like its going to a great trip but it sounds like your
going to be riding past a lot of stuff in order to collect mileage.
just on the journey for the first day your missing some beautiful
Belgium medieval towns, pretty much all the historic first world war

I had a kawasaki kr1 twin cylinder 2 stroke (basically 2 kdx125 cylinders)sports bike
and traveled just under 1100 miles on it in a weekend.
The bike performed faultlessly, I was bloody knackered though as it was like riding a
250 GP bike for hours on end
