Re: Self cancelling indicators

My GSA has self cancelling indicators, they're a pain in the arse! They cancel on a time/speed/distance thing, if I'm coming off of a motorways etc and signal at the 300 meter marker while travelling at 70mph, they cancel just before the junction. I'd prefer not to have them as my memory is a bit l...

Re: Hmm.... CrossTourer

I run a 12 plate manual Crosstourer and can't really fault the bike. The only negative I'd say id the little men inside the rear diff with the hammers! If you let the revs drop too low the transmission slap is immense! That along with the clank between 1st and 2nd gear makes it sound almost as agric...

Re: Outer Hebrides

You're making me jealous, it's a great part of the world! ..... I planned to ride down to South Uist via Benbecula as I was curious to see Benbecula airport (where planes land on the beach apparently). You've to go a wee bit further south - Benbecula has a proper airport. It is Barra where they land...

Re: Isle of Man TT, Who is going?

I was on The Island last weekend for my 50th and right now, I'm listening to Manx radio's practice reports and thinking about getting myself sorted out for the boat on Thursday. As always, I can't wait!

And, of course, there'll be the Manx/Classic TT in August.

Re: Isle of Man TT. Ramsey. Help

As others have said, where you stay's not all that important, just being in the centre of the motorcycling universe is the main thing. You'll have a great time.

Re: An end of an era! The Mighty Varadero's sold!
