Re: ttr 250 owners

I have a TTR250 and a 29" I side leg. Although experienced on the road I was relatively new to green lanes a year ago. Initially I was falling off a huge amount. Sometimes due to the height. This was with a 2" lowering link fitted. I also dropped the forks about 15mm. Experience is key. I ...

Re: Off Road First Timer

The top one is just east of Holinsclough. It's a BOAT which crosses the river Dove.

I'll have to check a map for the other. A few around Hartington too.

I'm off on the bike to Spain on Wednesday. Meet up for a ride when I get back if you like?

Re: Anyone go green laning in the midlands/stoke/stafford/cannock/wolverhampton/leek

I'm in Burton and been green laneing every 3 to 4 weeks or so since January. Been going with some guys in the East Mids TRF. Normally start just east of Ashbourne. Normally posted up on their website.

Re: recommend a tour company

Personally I would agree with the above. Do it yourself. If you don't have any motorcycling friends who want to tour register on a few forums and you'll probably meet some like minded souls, and a few crazy ones! I've toured Europe with my wife as pillion and with groups of friends, having "met...
