I've always been able to swap the wheels quickly, so perhaps that's a good point.

I've just answered my own question on the disks front. Put the micrometer on them this afternoon and they're down to 4mm.

I don't think so in this case, it's been on charge for a fair few hours now and still not fully charged. It used to only take about 30 mins.
