Comfiest pair of boots I've used for on and off the bike was some Austrian Para Boots. Give them a good soaking in water while you're wearing them, let them dry out naturally, then feed the leather. You'll have some of the best fitting, waterproof bike boots you can buy for £30.

I'll ride so long as there isn't snow on the ground and hopefully no ice. I enjoy it, in the less enjoyable weather you have to ride that much smoother to avoid any incidents and I like the challenge.

With regards to the Toyota Colorado there's absolutely nothing wrong with the 3l engine so long as the correct coolant is used (toyo red) and I'd avoid the auto box as they can cause problems. I used to be a big Land Rover nut but since owning a Landcruiser I honestly can't see me ever going back to...

Personally I use acf50 on the hard to reach places I might otherwise miss and use fs365 on the rest.

Make sure you top up your fs365 after each ride especially if it has been wet.
