It is slippy out there, even on the main roads, salt has clumped up with the dirt to make a paste over the surface and diesel hasn't been washed off of the roundabouts by the rain. Even on the Transalp I've been having to watch my throttle application.

If he's new to whisky I'd recommend a jura or glenmorangie both very good but relatively inexpesive.
