Re: 20 MPH default speed limit in Wales
Tbh Johnny I don't think there is much outrage in Wales either. Despite the Conservatives playground level attempts to make it another culture war In fact beyond the usual red faced nimbys, boy racers and Range rover driving twats taking the sprogs to school once a week most people seem to get it. ...

Re: Albania or Kosovo?
Bear in mind entering and exiting Kosovo from anywhere other than Albania may be tricky. If you enter Kosovo from another country you probably won’t be able to leave via Serbia, for example, and borders have been closed recently. No problem in and out via Albania.

Re: Tax on electric bikes
Mate of mine plugged his into one of those forecourt chargers...put £40 in. Got back in the car, went to drive off...saw his range had increased by an incredible 26 miles. Re: How to make a lighter Tenere 700
My son's 1981 R80 G/S is 168kg dry--so much for progress? My HP2E is 175kg dry, 105hp. With an Akra exhaust and Woodies Wheelworks wheels knocking off maybe 8kg it’s probably less than 185kg ready to go. I wonder what they put on bikes now that makes them so heavy? Re: Towing a m/cycle to france, Germany, Switzerland
If it's a motorcycle you may need a carnet de passage...in effect a guarantee that you won't sell it while you are there. It's what used to be required when taking an unregistered (race) bike into Europe. In the excellent book: The Inside Line ; Rob Andrews explains how all of the five or six race ...

Re: Petrol in France
Noticed that in France last month, that the Total fuel stations were some 20 cents cheaper than all the supermarkets. I think Total are French state owned, maybe the reason why ? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20221024/0fddb37b6b207f9ce4c0ff91d41e7a10.jpg This should explain it. Sent from my iPho...

Just out of interest, why have you had four if you’ve never had an issue?Snaf MKII wrote:Ulefone have a 12 month warranty if bought from an authorised reseller. Go direct, I've got four of them on various dirt bikes and never had an issue.
