Buy straw and firewood straight after getting a pitch.

Leave your bikes up on the road unless you are riding gods or have plenty of time.

Can be used for light laning but it's a road bike really. light laning? looks at the tube what people do with this bike, quite heavy offroad. It's not road bike, it's a bad road bike (thumbs) Road bike doesn't get long travel suspension, bush plate, big ground clearance, folding gear lever etc etc....

Pros: Amazing mpg; 65-70. Quite good fun to ride; can chuck it about and pulls well out of corners. Comfy; I've done lots of high mileage days on my R. I put Racetech springs and emulator valves in the XT and it made a huge difference. As mentioned; linear springs will do the job fine as long as the valves can do their job properly.
