Re: 'Vertically challenged'

Not being able to touch the floor teaches you to ride better instead of paddling.

Re: What to do with an old helmet?

Splat design?? Andy?? I'm sure he was the guy I met 25+years ago at a workshop/shed in Wigston/Harcourt area of South Leicestershire. Is this his logo? https://idn.blob.core.windows.net/wikialbums/pix/501961160208217046150824298657574186138193919/9117722020755164931084721597501141321102401325156683...

Re: What if.

It will be what it will be. Nobody yet knows how things will actually work out even those in charge. If the EU and the UK want an equal and purposeful relationship they will make it happen BUT first they will need to stop the language of win or lose. There will always be options and choices when peo...

Re: Covid 19 Coronavirus

Wife and I started on the ONS&Oxford University covid 19 study yesterday. Initial interview and swabs taken then another test each week for a month followed by 1 test a month for 11 months. Re: Kawasaki...our future is in the past.

I've looked at the Kawasaki w650/800 a couple of times going back a couple of years but to be honest they were just too expensive for a second bike for me.
I can't believe how cheap the RE's are in India compared to the price we pay in the UK.

Re: Kawasaki...our future is in the past.

Looks like the RE Interceptor is showing them the way despite not being the lightest, fastest or most powerful bike on the market.

Re: Mini European Tour Anyone?

I highly recommend Slovenia for a few days; the pass from Austria into Kranjsa Gora is nice. Lake Bohinj is lovely and quieter than Lake Bled which can be rammed with tourists. Agree, Slovenia is beautiful. Mount Mangart is a dead end toll road (about £3), is brilliant and is just off the Predil Pa...

Re: Mini European Tour Anyone?

Stelvio is a bit of a lottery from a timing perspective, if you manage to avoid the traffic it's great but if you're stuck behind a bus that is stuck behind a bunch of cyclists it can be a nightmare especially on the hairpins.
