Re: roadbook creator, which one?

I've just setup voice access and can easily control a PDF roadbook, OziExplorer is a little more difficult due to me having set up secret buttons on my main map for zoom and menus but I can scroll around easy enough.
Has anyone else tried voice control with Android?

Re: roadbook creator, which one?

Ebay item 303857097673, there are loads similar for 8 -10 quid. Works brilliantly with a Samsung tablet, but won't pair with my old cheapo Chinese android phone - presumably an older BT version? I use OS maps on memory map for trail riding, ability to zoom in/ out on the fly is great. Waterproofing...

Re: Brasilian virus

Would be really surprised if those filters could block the virus, just think of the pressure required to push the air through the filter, more pressure equals big pump, equals more power consumed, equals more cost to run, most airlines are running at the lowest possible cost. Have you not noticed t...

Re: roadbook creator, which one?

It seems that the free smartphone app reader for Rally Roadbook is now working fully. Better still, it happily responds to my £8 ebay bluetooth controller, so I can now scroll through the roadbook as I ride without having to swipe the actual screen. Better better, the BT controller also adjust the ...

Re: Brasilian virus

My understanding is that cabin air is partially recycled through filters but also completely changed every couple of minutes. I'd be more worried in some non air conditioned airport lounges or runway buses that I've been in, which of course you often have to use to get to your plane.

Re: Insurance Shocker!

I stand to be corrected but unless you have an agreed valuation as on classic bike insurances you will only ever be paid out at market value. :?: You may well be correct but if you've disclosed a value when taking insurance out I guess that will be the maximum they will pay out, although I had a va...

Re: Insurance Shocker!

You can update the value, I've increased it on my XR collection as prices have increased over the years.
I guess they will never pay more than you say it is worth, I've just insured the XR500 for £78 fully comp, limited mileage valued at £3500.

Re: Auction

Back to the thread:- There is a bike I would be interested in but at it's current price it 'has done the money' by the time you add the 22% buyers commission and the VAT. We did buy a 125 Vanvan for my Wife from George Whites auction many years ago and after 5 years use we got nearly all the money ...
