Re: Exeter Trial
Simms is a bugger The slate beds 'undulate' so It loads and unloads your suspension as you climb it I did it last summer and only just made it up - as 'gunning' it just makes the bike undulate more, losing traction The hill has had some repairs since then to ease the step and fill in the dual ruts ...

Re: Africa Eco Race on TV?
I'm not sure why you'd want TV coverage when there's the excellent WebTV coverage from the AER website which is also available on YouTube.
On YouTube last year I just viewed it each day under the 2019 playlist so it was simple to to see if anything was new.

Re: Travel insurance

By third party accident cover do you mean your liability to others? The bike insurance would cover that, The holidaysafe insurance would have third-party public li...

Re: Heroines
Great result for the GB ladies team after a disappointing week for the Trophy and Junior teams with injury and mechanical issues. We made it to the early morning starts to cheer the ladies on but missed the podium. The result is the better for it being the first time GB have had a woman's team in th...

Re: not a proper adventure bike
So if a bike is defined by what it is being used for, mine's a washing line as my riding kit is hopefully drying out whilst hung from it.
