What started 3 years ago with some test rides on gravel roads has now grown to a formal activity. With an Algarve Senior Bikers Gravel group. That make an common tour, once per month May's tour attracted 13 senior persons (not only men). We spent a day on easy gravel roads. We enjoyed the riding, th...

Re: Go Big and Ride Small

If I could get the old one at a good price, that would be my choice. They prices has not dropped here on the old ones. But it might happen if they have "leftovers" when the new model takes the market. 2021 was a real improvement in the old Himalayan. The initial problems were sorted. The 2...

Good bye to Benelli TRK 251

I have mentioned parts of these before. But here is the summary and the end I wanted a small travel bike with good luggage capacity (Alu boxes). On road bike for twisty mountain roads. The story about this bike was far from what I had hoped. Functionality is perfect. Nice and easy to ride. Light And...

But so much easier to load from the top.) And it looks as if you have perfect fit, so that they can open without ...

Re: Go Big and Ride Small

The Voge 300 rally has got very good feedback from their owners.
But maybe too high.

For my short and stiff legs, 915 mm seat hight is too much

=
Most people that goes over 125 cc wants maximum what they can ride on an A2 licence.
Then you and up in the 500-650 segment

Re: Go Big and Ride Small

It’s interesting the weight of bikes, the varadero 125 is 149kg. Considered pretty heavy for a 125. I’d use the cc size as a small bike, probably under 250cc, it creates a nice definition for the small bike class That is a good definition. Coming back from South America- that was full of "smal...
