Another Vintage how to do file, How to use bearing scrapers, something that probably none of us have never used on bearings.
In the 1960s I had to change the big end bearings on my Triumph Tiger Cub and my AJS 31CSR, but never used bearing scrapers.

I suppose the way around this problem would be to have look ahead capability. You could run a drone locked to the bike , sounds hi tech, but certainly doable these days, it could identify hazards ahead of the bike, obviously to provide audidable warning (to avoid visual distraction)s, but not someth...

Talking about supply lines have you noticed that the motorbike dealers are not holding as many spares in stock as they used too, money tied up in stock I suppose.

Micro switches are usually very reliable, have used them on military equipment in the past, thats why I am wondering why we are getting failures.
