Flowers...taken on a costal trail ride along the North Cornish coast. The house on the right is so dilapidated I thought it abandoned at first. The farmyard is a ruin, but the greenhouses (you can't see them in the pic) are immaculate, and the floral display stunning. They aren't for sale...they are...

Re: Tyres, does it matter if they get water inside them?

Providing the casing is intact and none of the steel elements has been exposed (but you shouldn't use a tyre in that condition anyway).
I use loads of car shampoo & water when I fit my own tyres.

Re: F700GS Owners

It's very unfortunate...mechanical issues as well as electronics. There's loads of YouTubes citing ridiculously-early catastrophic cam failures on that engine, with KTM denying all blame. One guy did a film of a start-up with the cam cover off, and there was just a slight dribble of oil out of the n...

Re: The reason you wear proper clothing

A good point well made.

Even if you were not injured, you need to bang in a claim against the 3rd party for a new set of kit.

Hope the aches are over soon.

Look after yourself

Re: F700GS Owners

In my experience, the majority of faults in modern vehicles are not vehicle faults, just sensor faults. Luckily most can be cured with the judicious application of a small piece of masking tape over the offending part of the display. And don't get me started on replacing haptic switches with touchsc...

while other comparable fabrics are now available. Goretex warranty is still the best.
They will honour it even if the company that made the garment has gone bust!
