Flowers...taken on a costal trail ride along the North Cornish coast. The house on the right is so dilapidated I thought it abandoned at first. The farmyard is a ruin, but the greenhouses (you can't see them in the pic) are immaculate, and the floral display stunning. They aren't for sale...they are...

Re: Tyres, does it matter if they get water inside them?
Providing the casing is intact and none of the steel elements has been exposed (but you shouldn't use a tyre in that condition anyway).
I use loads of car shampoo & water when I fit my own tyres.
It's a bugger to get the water out though...only way is to dry it with a towel.

Oh, David! A mate of mine from South Wales had that happen to his Husky...he was 'caught' in Hemel Hempsted! Had a bit of a fight to get them to admit it wasn't him, and was told his bike was now 'stop on sight'. I got a parking ticket for my car from London, when I was in Coventry. It was issued by...

One guy did a film of a start-up with the cam cover off, and there was just a slight dribble of oil out of the n...

A good point well made.
Even if you were not injured, you need to bang in a claim against the 3rd party for a new set of kit.
Hope the aches are over soon.
Look after yourself

Re: F700GS Owners
In my experience, the majority of faults in modern vehicles are not vehicle faults, just sensor faults. Luckily most can be cured with the judicious application of a small piece of masking tape over the offending part of the display. And don't get me started on replacing haptic switches with touchsc...
