Re: Creepy things you've seen while riding
My late father was a practical no nonsense sort of chap and spent much of his career involved with old buildings, he never felt, heard or experienced anything odd in all those years, though he told me several times about an evening in the mid 50's riding his very unreliable motorbike home from work ...

Re: Creepy things you've seen while riding
While driving on the M42 south of Birmingham one early evening, I looked across and saw a chap standing in an adjacent field playing the bagpipes....I guess he has to practice somewhere?

Re: Breakdown insurance.
I've been a member of the AA for 30 plus years, they have always been efficiant, helpful and quick in coming to the rescue and for the little over 100 quid a year it costs me I am covered in any vehicle I am in as a driver or passenger. I had to call them a couple of years ago when my car dumped hal...

Re: Merc driver needs his license taking away
I would just like to point out that this video is not me, nor do I know the riders involved, but thought it was an example of a scenario we have all experienced. I agree with several of you in so far as the best thing to do is take a deep breath and carry on..... Or at least that's what I would do t...

Re: Noob Bar Riser Query
I am 6'2" and found my XR400 too cramped.I started with 35mm risers which were a good improvement but the standard bars were also too narrow,so I fitted Renthal "RC high" bars, which are the straightest highest bars available, and its now much more comfortable when standing and there ...

Re: Sorry Newbie Insurance Question (I did search honest)...
I also use Principal Insurance, I have my road bike and dirt bike both on the same policy, pretty good price and they specialise in modified bikes which is why I was drawn to them.
Certainly worth an enquiry.

Re: ABR Midlands Rally 2017 sign up thread (7th-9th July)
Big thanks for the weekend! Popped my big bike offroading cherry really on the track, came out of it grinning (even after accidentally missing the big bike turn off). Is that track open to use any other time do you know? Can you pay to go on or something? Cheers Endoroland use it several times a ye...
