Re: WK400 owners thread.
Stripped the exhaust off the WK400 to give them a refurbish, thought about modifying it to a single pipe but the original still has plenty of life in it once cleaned up Stripped the rust and paint off the header pipe and tubes to the mufflers ready for 3 coats of heat proof black. 8-) The plan was t...

Re: Finally one in the metal!
If you look closely at the x ride some parts appear from the WK400 parts bin, I assume from the same Shineray factory ! My parts bid from the WK400 trail so far:- The frame  Swing arm Rear shock Chain guard Rear foot pegs Rider heel guards Right hand lower side panel(with holes) Rear sprocke...

Re: WK400 owners thread.

So readjusted it back to what it should be but still no joy getting it started [emoji36] The only other things I did to it were...

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Hi Stevo, totally agree with Andi on the oil filter, assuming yours still has the stock metal mesh one in situ i would use it. Cleans up easily and if your changing the oil every 1800 miles or so the paper filter adds no benefit in my view. Ive been using my metal mesh one on the last two oil change...

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Hi Stevo welcome to forum........good to have this thread livened up again its been very quiet lately The stored faults are a pain but cause no real issue as they stop once the bike fires up unless there is a hard fault still in place as you have stated. I've not had any success in getting them remo...
