Correct me if wrong but your photo looks to have been taken at the top of Bramley Lane, Rowland. If it was then you were on a legal UCR.

Here is a request for Observers;

"It`s soon come around again !! Our Peaky trial in only 5 weeks tomorrow.

As always we can`t run it without your help. We will use rider observers on the first 10 sections again which seems to work very well, but I still need at least another 20 ...

Time for brief update;

Summer Lane - GLASS and PDVUG are still working in the background on this conundrum
Hollinsclough - GLASS had major success in that both Rakes have been reopened thanks I am sure to the determination of the team
Kniveton - GLASS is still working closely with ...

A photo taken of Combes reservoir from Ladder Hill last Saturday. I don't recall the water level ever being so low, those at Woodhead are even lower!

"In days of old ........." we used to have very frank and friendly relationships with DCC officers, sadly some retired, some left and others were possibly reassigned other duties or as the modern way work from home. All that personal knowledge and experience lost, so sad.
