used slime in a tubeless tyre to fix a puncture 15yrs ago when i was despatch riding 9000miles ( till tyre wore out ) no problems at all ( yamaha xj900 ) never needed to get it repaired.
used a cheaper product on a tubed tyre ( gt550 ) and it sliped the trye off the rim on the m25

Has anyone thought of or thinking of setting up an ABR weekend rally ??
there are enough subscribers / members on here to have a small rally ( which are usually the best ) in the summer that like minded people can attend.
Touratech weekend seems to be gathering pace, and the adventure travel film ...

i like to cook if have time,( i hate bland fast food) i have an MSR Dragonfly so i can fit large pans on it, still stick to stew's and one pot deals, mind you its amazing how many people come over for a chat when i am cooking a curry :)

after much deliberation i went and bought a set of anakee wilds

now i have NEVER really ridden off road so did not know what to expect...... WOW!

first took bike out, they tracked awful, felt heavy on the steering, pulled to one side and ...

nearly went last year, but things came up ??
what can i expect from it, it came across as just a sales promotion with a bit of riding ( on road )

ill be ridin shaley tracks mostly with a bit of mud but not deep
