I have bought a Scalarider Q1 just to use the available bluetooth voice directions given by my bike GPS.
The microphone stuck across my face which is attached to the loudspeaker ear phones fitted into my helmet is not needed by me.
Can I just cut the wire and discard it?

garmin 300 Help required.
I unpacked my new garmin 300, and fired it up with a few fictitious destinations for practice.
I found all these had gone into the favourits section but when I wanted to clean it up ( removing the unwanted items) I could see no way of doing it.

Re: zumo 340 voltage required?
Thanks for all the info. amazing!!!
In the process of improving the wiring on the 1959 BSA Bantam, I found that I needed a proofed 6 way block connector which I found on ebay for the sum of £2.50 and was further suprised that the postage was free. How do they do it?

Hi.
The 6volt bike is a DI (125) BSA Bantam 1953.
I have now fitted the Zuma to my 12 volt (converted) D7 1959 Bantam and it's working fine, but it would prove too difficult to change all the wiring over to use on the D1.
For that reason I have knocked the idea on the head.

Thanks for your input!
On the transforma? on the lead, it says input 10-30v max 1.5A
output 4.9-5.5v / 1.5A
2.oA/32v (UL)

Will the Zuma 340 work on 6 volt as well as 12 volt without damaging it?
Also I have tried to contact Garmin GB on the phone numbers provided online but none of them work. What is the problem?
