Re: Kawasaki Versys 1000 2012
I've got a Mk1 2014 and its really hard to beat at the price in the "all rounder/all tarmac roads" category. Most of my accessory money went on suspension (Wilbers all round) which really sorts it out. Just fitting the right spring for your weight on the rear shock will transform the handl...

Re: Do you trust price comparison sites
Depends how much they have collected and know about you (digitally) Its going in the direction of profiling and presenting you with what you can afford / prepared to pay. Using your data to individualise and tailor your experience to better meet your wants and needs works both ways. Its the digital ...

Re: Bennetts Insurance!!! YIKES!
Going new each year with the comparison sites has been best for me. Past 2 years I havent even bothered to contact/answer on renewals. Just ask for my NCD proof and thats it. I can only imagine that its a risk business where they can offload and onboard year on year faster than ever before so a good...

Aquired taste but Guzzi Breva works very well as a reliable / solid tourer at the budget you mention. My mate needs lowering links for a v strom but not the guzzi. 1100 is better. 750 is a bit underpowered for its weight.

I will be doing the same soon and if they do that will check what the cancellation fee is and, if not much different to the change of adress fee, go for the cancel option.

Re: The Chilcot enquiry
Looks like the blanket brainwashing campaign to soften this into a "lessons learned" exercise is now in full swing. If joe public used the same strategy they would still end up in court.

Re: EU. In or out?
it's interesting that the Brexiteers are calling for a period of 'reflection' whilst everyone else recognises that we are faced with a constitutional meltdown, both Labour and the Conservatives divided, Scotland thinking they will be able to remain in EU and the Republicans calling for a United Ire...
