I've always used Gaerne boots. I have 2 pairs of Balance Oiled Boots and 1 pair of SG10s or 12s, can't remember. These boots are resoleable. I've had one pair of the Balance boots resoled. You could try someone like Heart Internet https://www.heartinternet.uk (who I use for my email and web hosting and are UK based).

They also have website tools and help available. I'm sure they'd be able to get you started.
