I used to instruct on a Honda CB400 Super Four - the grey import. Hydraulic tappets, in 60,000 miles I never once went inside the engine, just changed the oil.

Do we need to book for this, and if so how - where - who etc. Cheers.

I can agree with the pros and cons but overall I think this is a fabulous idea! As with any format it will be the rolling out that will be the hardest part. Then of course a rival will make their own grid...
