Re: Lone Rider v Vango Turini 200 Adventure tents
Matty, I have looked at this too. The Vango comes in at 9.35 kgs, add in extra pegs and a groundsheet so looking at 10.5 kgs in real terms My Coleman Phad x3 with extra pegs carpet and groundsheet 5.2 kgs Tarp and poles another 3.5 kgs so not much difference I might seriously take a look at this no...

Re: Lone Rider v Vango Turini 200 Adventure tents
I have just returned from Kazakhstan and the wife bought me a lone rider to do the trip, it turn out to be brilliant, and really made the trip. Easy to erect, and very comfortable to live in. I parked the bike inside most nights and this meant very few visits for inquisitive locals. I coped a monst...

Lone Rider v Vango Turini 200 Adventure tents
I am looking to buy a new/second hand tent for my next Adventure, looking at the lone rider tent which you can park your bike in, (very cool I thought) lots of money though, then I saw the Vango Turini 200 which is very very similar apart from heavier and half the price. Has anyone used either of th...

Re: Best multi tool?
I have had both over the years. Leathermans plyers broke and so have the gerber, but prefer the gerber over all as it is heavier and more robust. I have a gerber on the bike all the time, and use one for work everyday too.
