Yet another hard day in the office.
Met three guys two on 890 KTM’s
and one on a BMW 800 on this track doing a recce for the 2022 New Zealand KTM rally
Sadly the rally is already fully booked for this year

Although I am really pleased with my Husky the number plate hanger is an appalling arrangement the whole lot fell of but it’s not that surprising when it’s only held on with three screws screwed into plastic

Have had more great riding, we left Alexandria in 30 degree heat and rode up to the Old Woman range at 1600 metres and there was snow on the ground

I am currently down at the bottom of the New Zealand South Island riding some of the fantastic trails. Today we rode up the Eyre valley saw nobody else just stunning scenery

Fred Rist https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Io77Kx5-zo I did the Fred Rist in either 2015 or 2016 its a great Trial, the year I did it it rained and rained. I did it on a Gas Gas 250 EC that drank petrol at a frightening rate so much so that I had to cut the last two sections because I was on reserve

Surely all the argument for or against E10 holds true with E5 which most of us have been using for years. I run a few of old cars and bikes as well as generators, welders and other petrol construction equipment. it's to early to say what effect E10 will have on any of it but E5 hasn't been a proble...
