i am trying the Givi adventure one at the moment, it,s the one that converts to open face and everything comes off it, peak, visor, front cone to make a summer lid, very comfy so far.

both bars looks straight and level but when fitted the off side bar is 3" off the head cover yet the near side one is only 1" away ??? tried to fit them a few ways, tightening one side one turn then other side etc but still big gap on off side, the bars measure the same at 12 different pla...

found 3 different torques, 55nm, 72nm & 110nm, so mean average it is !!

the 1200GS weighs a ton !!, bloody heavy thing to move about, i would go for the 800 as a lot lighter

R1200GS frame to engine bolts

hi, i have just fitted some givi engine bars to my 2004 GS, they fit to the lower engine frame mount at the bottom of the engine, anyone any idea on torques ?? they are T55 headed and about 4 1/2" long.

Cheers Guy's mixture was correct hopefully lol Loved my Transalp & super ten, just been and sat on a 955i tiger on a Y plate, done 31K, fully loaded with ali luggage,sad nav mount, heated grips, bars, scott oiler etc etc and at good price just awful luminous green colour, i,m 5 feet ten with 31 ...

55 years young, had bikes since a kid but normal things got in the way.....wifes....kids, now got nice new patio so loving getting out and about again, Had a Transalp, XTZ 750 Super Tenere, an Africa Twin oh and before i forget a town machine.....a 1960 S2 TV 175 Lambretta !!!, it's for sale so gimm...
