Hi mike, was thinking about your van predicament whilst out riding today, I mainly use it for transporting my trials bike.
My trials riding ends beginning of march as the caravan begins then, seasonal pitch at Scarborough, and I am there almost every weekend. So for a token amount, passing the van back onto you could be a possibility. I would be insuring/taxing it for it to stand really. I put a new wing on as someone bumped it and have just replaced the battery and alternator, so the van is pretty much as I got it off you. Mot is due 17th march, only advisories last time were slight play in bottom ball joints, so I should get it thorough without too much expense. Caravan season ends in November, so i will looking for my bike transport again then, something for you to think about.

Hi Mike, any idea when your website will be up and running.Me and a couple of mates are toying with riding abroad for the first time from Amsterdam next May.How long does it take to get to yours from the ferry and what route do you take. By the way Mike I.m a mate of Wals off the Versys site(Whiskydave)from Chester-Le-Street.Any info would be well appreciated.
Cheers Dave.

Hi Dave - yes, I know you from the V forum and Wal.
I'll make our website live again after this posting, for a week, so that you take a look. I'll be taking it down again after that, for some changes.
Regarding the Amsterdam route, I always travel 'quickest route', as I'm usually just back from collecting bikes and just heading home. It's 253 miles from Ijmuiden and takes around 4 hours without a stop - Ijmuiden/Amsterdam/Utrecht/Eindhoven/Maastricht/Liege/Verviers/Spa/St Vith/Wittlich/Zeltingen Rachtig.
Just get back to me if you need any information or want to make a reservation.
Cheers, Mike

Hi Karma
I'm thinking of selling my 1150 GS it's a 2002 and has done 30, 000 miles I've been told by Mike of Mottorad in Cardiff who services my BM that the 1150 is a much better and more reliable bike than the early 1200. The bike has full pannier set,
top box tank bag and harness, blue and white in colour, heated grips fitted by BMW
and also ABS. brakes. If interested let me know and I shall try and take some photographs in the next few days weather permitting and post them to you
Cheers
Mike
