Spoke to John last night, as it happens.

He has re-sourced everything from Eire. He's not dealing with any UK suppliers anymore - it's not worth the hassle and increased cost. He gets it all put on a ship from Ireland to N France and then it's couriered in chillers to the customers.

So there's another good advert for Jax Shack. You'll get a fry up with lovely irish bangers etc. That should slow you down on the trails...
